Hello, I’m Stacie! My goal is to make yoga and meditation accessible to all.

Stacie Reimer

Stacie first came to yoga and meditation in 2007, seeking stress relief and a deeper realization of the mind-body-spirit connection. Since then she has explored multiple forms of yoga and meditation over the past 10+ years. Stacie honors the inherently spiritual aspects of yoga and meditation and works to incorporate mindfulness and mantra into her classes. Stacie was born and raised in the wide open spaces of Northern Nevada and is extremely grateful to be a part of DC's wellness community, which she views as her oasis in the middle of hectic DC life. Stacie is a 2012 graduate of Yoga District’s RYT 200-hour teacher training program. In 2018, Stacie completed a 100-hour Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja Sur, Mexico. Stacie has also completed the Yoga Activist outreach training program through Yoga District and has a commitment to making yoga and meditation accessible to all.
