Rhiannon is a yoga and meditation instructor with a deep passion for sharing the benefits of mindfulness practices with people of all ages and backgrounds. She has worked professionally in DC bringing mindfulness and yoga in to schools and non-profit organizations for the past seven years. It is her personal mission to empower her students to harness the healing and transformative effects of breath focused awareness to increase feelings of self-compassion, empathy, and resilience.

The unsettling noise of the city can elevate our stress levels. This class invites you to drop into a state of relaxation through a guided sound meditation. After settling in the singing bowl’s soothing tones will relax your body, breath, and mind. Depart class feeling relaxed and refreshed.

mindfulness
Reawaken to the internal and external experiences of the present moment. Intended to strengthen the Mind (mindfulness), this class teaches techniques and methods for systematically developing awareness.
