Jake Stancato

Jake has been practicing yoga and meditation for over ten years. It really is meditation that has made such a deep impact in his life. With the desire to share this gift with the world he spent a year living in India and Nepal training in different yoga and meditation techniques. He focuses mostly on Sound Bath, guided meditations and yoga nidra. When not helping people feel good on the inside, he is a hairstylist, helping people feel good on the outside.

This guided sleep meditation is a lucid state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Nothing else is required of you but to lay back and listen as your body is completely relaxed and becoming systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.
