Biography
Brian was introduced to meditation after a life altering medical condition. Over time and as more hurdles came into his life, his practice deepened and shifted from a practice primarily based in asana to a practice which was multifaceted and more balanced. This led him to the path of teaching as a way to give back to others and help them deepen and balance their practices. Brian seeks to guide his students by serving as a voice which they can make their own and incorporate into their everyday life and practice outside of the studio. He encourages his students to acknowledge their past teachings and experiences and use them as a guide going forward as they learn and develop new insights to help them come back into contact with their true inner self.

This guided sleep meditation is a lucid state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Nothing else is required of you but to lay back and listen as your body is completely relaxed and becoming systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.
