How to Reserve


1) First, register by creating an account online with your name, phone number, and email.

2) Next, purchase a class or bundle. You must have paid classes in your account in order to reserve a cushion or cocoon.

3) To reserve a class, simply select a class from the schedule, choose an available spot from the studio map and click confirm. You can check your schedule and spot reservation at anytime in your account. Our schedule is released bi-monthly, so you can reserve a class up to two weeks in advance.

When you bring a friend to book their first cushion, your next class is free! Bring two friends, get 2 free classes, bring three, get three. You’ll continue to earn free classes for each new student that begin their recharj® journey.


If the class you want is full, add yourself to the waitlist. As reservations are canceled, the list moves up automatically and emails the next person. If you’re emailed and can’t make it, just cancel online. If you sign up for the waitlist, it’s the same as signing up for a class – if you make it in and don’t cancel in advance, we expect to see you! If you move from the waitlist more than 30 minutes prior to class and do not attend, you will receive a late cancel charge. If you move from the waitlist less than 30 minutes prior to class, you will be early canceled if you cannot make it.

In order to cancel a spot reserved in a class and return the class to your account without penalty, you must cancel the class. If you have purchased an individual class and you haven’t cancelled a spot reserved within 6 hours of your class, the class will not be returned to your account, you will be charged for the class, and you will not be issued a refund. To cancel, log into your account and, next to the class you wish to cancel, press “unreserve.” Any issues, please call us to cancel the class for you.

New to recharj®?


ATTIRE + SHOES: There is no preferred attire, as long as you are comfortable.  A full-length shirt covering your belly button and shorts/pants are required for all power naps and classes.  Our sessions are not physically intensive, so most any attire is appropriate. Since we are a barefoot studio, we ask that you please remove your shoes before entering the space and stick them in the storage nook.  Please avoid wearing heavy perfumes or smoking beforehand. Other meditators and nappers may be allergic to such scents.

BRING WITH YOU: Please remember your ID to show the front desk upon arrival. ID is required to check in.

STORAGE + CHARGING STATION: We have a storage nook for storing your belongings as well as an area to charge your cell phone.


CHECK IN: Please arrive 15 minutes early for meditation classes, 5 minutes early to power naps and make sure to check in at the iPad stand or with the front desk crew. If you haven’t already online, you’ll sign a waiver and get prepped on our style of class. If you are not signed in 3 minutes prior to class, your spot may be given away.  Remember to wait outside the studio until the door is opened by the recharj team.  Walking in while the door is closed may interfere with an existing class and is disruptful to fellow meditators and nappers.  Thank you for your cooperation.

WATER + TEA: Water and premium Rishi tea are available to you at no charge. Take a moment before class to enjoy a beverage and socialize.

ETIQUETTE: Bring good vibes into this space and treat others how you’d like to be treated. To preserve the experience and respect the ritual, we ask that you turn off your cell phones in the studio. The studio is equipped with cubbies and a charging station.

INJURIES: Please make sure to notify the instructor of any current injuries or ongoing trauma you are experiencing so they can help you take your seat, provide you with extra support, or lay down in a comfortable position for the duration of the power nap or class.

MEDITATION SETUP: As a new meditator, feel free to ask your instructor questions. After you have found the correct posture, our instructors will take you on your mindfulness journey.

POWER NAP SETUP: Our staff will assist you in locating your napping cocoon (complete with a blanket, head pillow and eye pillow) and opening/closing the draperies. Lay back and relax as lights are dimmed and soothing sounds are played as you drift off to sleep.

SAFETY: Although there are few safety concerns while napping or meditating, it’s important to listen to your body and remember that you are in complete control. Our studio is the perfect environment for each meditator and napper to take every session at a pace that works for them.
SNORING: If you are aware that you snore, please be mindful of this so as not to disturb other students in power naps or classes. If your snoring becomes excessive and/or disturbing to others, a member of the recharj team will come by and lightly tap you on the top of your feet to wake you up and let you know that you are snoring at a level that is disruptive to others in the nap or class.  Feel free to adjust your head pillow as necessary to stop your snoring from continuing.
