In this mini retreat, we will cover the basic concepts of powerful and sacred self-care practices of preventative health and empowered self-healing. The aim of this hands-on and experimental session is to help you to establish a routine that is both workable and supportive within your daily schedule. Dinacarya, or Ayurvedic daily routine, is the foundation of health, happiness, and spiritual advancement and cannot be underestimated – it can and will change your life in relation to self-care.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Originally from Perú, Lorena has been exposed from a very young age to diverse spiritual and alternative natural ways of interconnection towards self-healing and self-empowerment. With almost 2 decades of continuous development of her knowledge and passion for yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, she has received training and credentials from prominent institutions and international teachers in multiple modalities. As an expert yoga teacher (E-RYT), Reiki Master and wellness coach, she travels leading yoga teacher training classes, spiritual retreats, and workshops in Spanish and English. Lorena is the founder of Hanaq Prana Yoga Studios & School and known for her genuine love of people and community. Her belief in the inclusive effect of yoga, and her unique self-expression of equality and motivational style of teaching that blend both physical and mystical aspects make her passion for teaching accessible to everyone. A primary focus of hers is to empower students to accept their true meaning of the inner self and individuality. Married to a US NAVY officer, she embraces the challenges of an unpredictable military lifestyle. Due to her continued efforts to bring these practices accessible to everybody, Lorena has been featured in Univision Tampa, Centro Tampa and, Tampa Business Journal.
