ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Pamela is a meditation teacher: her military family-focused meditations and sleep meditations are spotlighted on the apps Meditation Studio and Insight Timer. Recently, she was interviewed about meditation in Essence.com. Additionally, she is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and has practiced yoga for 15 years. Founder of Yoga2Sleep, Pamela helps her clients combat insomnia by using her specialized training to include certifications in plant-based nutrition, stress management, yoga therapy and trauma-informed yoga. Pamela is also a HeartMath coach, a sleep coach and a Contributing Editor of Best Practices for Yoga with Veterans (YSC/Omega Books, November 2016).
