Decrease Stress & Optimize Performance!
Hacking Your Nervous System™ is my signature workshop. You will learn about breath and mind-body techniques that can be used to optimize performance and regulate your body’s stress response. In addition, we’ll practice a variety of mindfulness and body position techniques that are scientifically proven to reduce stress instantly. The techniques we teach have been successfully utilized by triathletes, military special operators, poker players, lawyers, combat vets with PTS/TBI, med students, and foreign service organizations.
Attendees will receive a copy of Rob’s book: A Short Guide to Hacking Your Nervous System.

Rob Hartman is the lead trainer for StressFreeDC, a training organization that specializes in performance optimization and stress resilience methods. Rob’s two decades in national cyber security projects led him to discover his passion for teaching about the nervous system. Since 2009, Rob has received extensive training on the nervous system from neuroscientists, yogis, shaman, stress experts, and researchers in the US, India, Bali, and Peru. Rob is available for personal and team coaching.
