Replenish your body with intention and attention. Here we learn to nourish the body through a non-diet, mindful eating approach to bring greater awareness to our eating habits. This class explores sense contact (looking, tasting, smelling, feeling, touch and sound), positive mental states (joy, loving-kindness, compassion, equanimity), concentration (focusing the mind and thoughts on a single project) and insight (experiencing the interconnectedness and common humanity that is part of the human experience) through food and drink.
