Hello, I’m Cindy! My goal is to encourage you to set an intention for your practice and life.

Cindy Maxted

Cindy has spent her life in the mind, body, and spirit field. She has over 25 years of experience working with all ages, as a registered nurse in the neonatal ICU, Operating Room, and School Nursing with a degree from Georgetown University. As a certified Mindful Educator/Yoga instructor in conjunction with Johns Hopkins D-stress Baltimore, she has taught Mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and writing in Washington DC, and Baltimore City schools. As a nurse, coach, yoga teacher she has integrated Mindfulness into her plan of care and teaching, throughout her career.Cindy has an interest in advancing the health and well-being, of corporate, educational and health communities. Mindfulness gives you the skills to thrive in all areas of one’s life, even the very challenging ones by using tools and strategies present in our lives, such as awareness, compassion, and joy.
