Hello, I’m Angela! My goal is to teach you how to become grounded in the current moment.

Angela Liberato

An optimist and lover of sunsets, Angela began practicing meditation as a way to heal emotional pain. She first studied Vipassana meditation and immediately began teaching classes to adults struggling with intimate relationships and self-love. Angela earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology and approaches counseling in a holistic way. She has incorporated deep breathing techniques in her work with children who struggle with behavioral problems in Washington D.C. Mindfulness techniques are included in her sessions with adults diagnosed with chronic mental health conditions. She is a co-founder of The D.R.E.A.M. Studio, an after-school program that encourages adolescents to express themselves through original music creation. Her curriculum incorporates guided meditation in order to assist adolescents in overcoming stage fright and building self-esteem. In her classes, you can expect her high energy, focusing on the light within, and some chanting.

Reduce accumulated stress with this deep relaxation meditation practice. Giving attention and loving kindness to each part of our body as we lie down in deep rest. We offer our gratitude and awareness to each area of our body to release tension, support healing, and strengthen immune function.

Reawaken to the internal and external experiences of the present moment. Intended to strengthen the Mind (mindfulness), this class teaches techniques and methods for systematically developing awareness.

The practice of mindful awareness has a variety of well-documented impacts, including a reduction in toxic stress, an increase in emotion regulation, and an improvement in sustained attention, focus and executive functioning.
